1. 5 Years Visa

The 3-year UAE property visa costs around AED 18,000- 20,000 and it’s valid for 3 years which is a convenient option for investors. Visa owners should keep in mind that they cannot spend a consecutive 6 months outside the country.

3. Retirement Visa (5 Years)

   Retirement Visa application must be at least 55 years old with a minimum of AED 1 Million fully paid, not mortgaged value property (one property or more).  In addition, you can be eligible if you can deposit an amount total of a minimum of AED 1 million in any Local bank in Dubai for 3 years. If doing so, bring a letter from a bank issued to the immigration that the deposit cannot be released within 3 years.

This visa can be considered as joint property investment with your spouse meaning, she is eligible to have this kind of Visa but then a copy of the marriage certificate needs to be present alongside the necessary documents needs to apply.

• Title Deed
• Original Passport having at least 8 months validity and at least 2 blank pages
• 2 pcs. passport size photo, must be white background and not wearing hat or eyeglass
• Current Visa Copy
• Emirates ID Copy
• Health Insurance
• Good Conduct Certificate from Dubai Police
• NOC Letter (should be in Arabic along with Mortgage Bank Statement) if the property is in the mortgage.
• POA (if the application will be submitted
