Terms and Conditions regarding Rakez License
| The Following are the Terms and Conditions regarding Rakez License: |

| 1. Renewal remains the same as long as on-time license renewal is maintained. Residence visas will be free as long as the license is still valid. |
| 2. Amendments—package upgrades and downgrades are permitted within all-inclusive packages Co-working 1 – 4 visas. |
| 3. Dependent visa price at 25% discount: AED 3200 + AED 3175 deposit. |
| 4. For any employee visas applied, there will be an additional fee of AED 2000 as a deposit. |
| 5. For the 3 visa package, the total eligibility is 4 visas; however, 3 visas are free of charge. To avail of the 4th visa, you can pay the visa costs to obtain the same. |
| 6. The first visa should be availed within 6 months of license issuance, after this period, standard pricing will apply. |
| 7. Two activities are allowed within the primary license. Mix and match allowed. Additional activity is permitted at AED 2000 per activity. |
| 8. Visa is non-transferrable if cancelled once it cannot be availed by another shareholder/manager. |
