- All Partners or Attorney have to attend at Notary to sign the Court Agreement

- Amendment to the Memorandum of Association concerning changing of activity

- All Partners or Attorney have to attend at Notary to sign the Court Agreement
- No Objection letter of changing the trade name
- Amendment to the Memorandum of Association duly authenticated in Notary Public indicating of amending the Capital
